What does it mean to live and love life? Life is full of everyday challenges and struggles and often feels like a mere existence. It sometimes feels empty and lacks fulfilment so, we pretend to be happy, smile with everyone and cover up the pain and sadness. We then arrive at the fix it yourself terminal because we feel we want happiness now and so, immediately try to rewrite our stories without even giving a thought as to what might have been missing from the equation in the first place. Well, I have news for you there is a way out of this.

There is a source that is far greater and more powerful than anything we could either think or imagine, and the reality is we were not created to function independently of Him. Until we know who He is we won’t really know who we are as human beings, because we are an extension of an Eternal being and are inept and in servitude without Him, even though we are often unaware of this.

This does not mean that acknowledging who Jesus is will automatically fix all your problems. First, it is a relationship building process with Him and the Love Life Club will help you to put things into perspective knowing that you are never alone on your journey. Success stories do not often happen overnight but require hard work and determination before reaping a rewarding harvest.

God clearly states “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. (Matt 16:19) The power to release love in our world and happy endings are our responsibility. We are the legal occupants of our habitation and we have dominion over it through the Creator of heaven and earth. Creator of all things, so let us rule and dominate in love.

The bible states that ‘God is love’ so our ability to love can only come through the source of love (1 John 4:8). We often place our emphasis on the sensual or romantic form of love which is known as ‘Eros’ and yes it is important but the most important is ‘Agape’ love which is the unconditional love of God. So, to be successful at ‘Eros’ you must first, understand and apply ‘Agape’ and they walk in conjunction with each other.

There are also other important types of love such as ‘Philia’ which is the friendship kind and and ‘Storge’ which is brotherly love. They all play a very distinctive and unique role in our life, because love is an inherent characteristic in our DNA that is why we all need it.

The diamond standard of Love is Jesus Christ, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son”. When Jesus was on earth and was asked what are the most important commandments, He said “Love the Lord thy God with all your heart and love your neighbour as yourself. (Matt 22:37-39).
Notice He said love the Lord thy God first, because through Him we would be able to accomplish the second step.

We have considered the Godly approach of love. And we understand that His way is perfect but the world is not perfect and so this club is inclusive of all mankind. The Love Life Club is not here to judge you or to convict you of wrong doing but it is here to promote love in its natural form.

Exquisite love has always been the object of our admiration but this form of love does not have to be expensive or costly. It is simply an appreciation for practising the traditional and cultural values of love, that anatomises the implementation of the concept of modernising an old fashion religion.

If we looked at love from a philosophical perspective this approach has woven into the societal fabric the components of cooperation, friendship, affectionate love and care.

Let us take moment to focus on the romantic stratosphere of love. Procreation is incumbent on this form of love but it is not limited to this act of love only. There is a deeper love connection that transcends bodily input and eclipses the heart but how do we arrive at this kaleidoscope? where everything meets and orbits into one combined entity.

The answer to achieving wholesome and lasting love requires a concentrated level of intentionality and acknowledging the presence of God even on a small scale as he is the Creator of love.

How do we make our love lives beautiful, exquisite and hot!! Encapsulating the transcending beauty and security that true love brings? The answer is simple, cherish and nurture every fibre of its presence with respect and selflessness.

What will the Love Life Club do? It will enable a confidence building in love, establish a social interaction network with the potential of finding your love interests, and forming love connections and building friendships.

It is therefore my suggestion that we ignite the mission to consider stirring up one another to love and good works (Heb 10:24). It will be a fascinating journey and an Amazing Eudaimonia.
